Kindly exchange the unused items with the price tags within 07 DAYS from the date of receiving the order. The returns are not applicable for made to measure and bespoke garments but are accepted for ready to wear products.
Uniqa would not accept the products that are in bad condition. Torn garments would not be accepted. Uniqa would not accept products that have been altered by the customer in any manner.
The exchange can be done by logging into the customer’s Uniqa Account. The customer would be asked to send the product with a reliable courier.
In case of returns, the company WILL issue Uniqa credits. The process of Uniqa credits will be done after the company receives the product at the warehouse. Uniqa credits would be issued within 3 working days and can be used to make purchases from uniqa.co.in only.
The orders that are placed with Uniqa credits, the balance amount would be transferred to the Uniqa credits account as Uniqa credit points.
